1. Refund Eligibility
14-day money-back guarantee: Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
Technical issues: If the Extension fails to work as described and we cannot resolve it, you are eligible for a full refund.
Duplicate charges: If charged more than once for the same plan, we will refund the duplicate immediately.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellations
Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime through Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Lifetime Plans
Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable as access is granted permanently.
