The product
SnapNotes is a Chrome extension for taking timestamped notes while watching YouTube videos. A free plan includes 10 saved notes, total. The paid "Lifetime" plan is a single one-time payment that removes that limit, permanently, for that license — it is not a subscription and does not renew or charge again.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record for this purchase. That means your transaction, invoice, and any tax (e.g. VAT/sales tax) are handled by Paddle, and your receipt will come from Paddle. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
License delivery
After payment completes, a license code is generated and displayed on this site for you to copy into the extension. If you don't see it, or lose it later, contact us at the email below with your Paddle receipt and we'll help you recover it.
Refunds
If SnapNotes isn't working for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing the address below with your Paddle receipt/order ID. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle. Once a refund is issued, the associated license code should no longer be used to unlock unlimited notes.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to generate, share, or resell license codes you haven't legitimately purchased. We reserve the right to decline support or refunds in cases of clear abuse.
Changes
We may update these terms or the free/paid feature split over time; continued use of a purchased license will always include unlimited notes, as sold at the time of your purchase.
